Housing Disrepair & Condition
CPR35-compliant Expert Witness Reports covering the Landlord & Tenants Act 1985 (S9a, S9b, S10, S11), the Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, and the HHSRS. Over 5,000 reports delivered to date.
Building Surveying
Detailed knowledge of construction defect and workmanship disputes. We prepare both independent and joint expert witness reports, attend court and stand up to cross-examination.
Quantity Surveying
Experienced in dilapidations, costings and quantum matters in Civil Litigation. Our reports are clear, detailed and accurate — because they have to be.
Joint Statements
We facilitate and participate constructively in Discussions of Experts, producing high quality joint statements that are clear, reasoned and compliant with procedural rules.
Court & Tribunal Attendance
All panel experts are EWI-trained and qualified to give oral evidence in tribunal or court settings, with a thorough grounding in their obligations under CPR Part 35.
